Product Introduction



The FLXA202 is part of the FLEXA™ series of analyzers, which are modular - designed and intended for continuous online measurements in industrial installations. It stands out as a highly flexible 2 - wire analyzer, capable of handling single or dual sensor measurements.​

A key advantage of the FLXA202 is its scalability. There's no need for multiple analyzers because users can easily swap the internal measurement module on - site to meet their specific needs, which not only offers more flexibility but also helps optimize operational expenses (OPEX).​

It can perform four types of measurements: pH/ORP, Contacting Conductivity (SC), Inductive Conductivity (ISC), and Dissolved Oxygen (DO). Additionally, it comes with various advanced functions and a user - friendly design to enhance operability and efficiency in industrial settings.

Support for Up to Two Sensors: By installing up to two sensors, the FLXA202 enables interruption - free measurement even during maintenance. For dual sensor measurement, the sensor modules must be of the same parameter (e.g., pH/ORP and pH/ORP). This setup provides additional functionalities such as various calculated data from the two measuring parameters and the option to program the analyzer as a redundant system.​

Advanced Functions: The analyzer supports sensors with self - diagnostics capabilities. It can continuously measure sensor impedance, asymmetric potential, and slope, and monitor for issues like electrode contamination/damage, burnout, and a decline in the measurement liquid level (e.g., in pH analyzers). It also offers online Sensor Wellness checking for predictive maintenance.​

Clear Touch Panel Display for Improved Operability: The FLEXA™ series, including the FLXA202, features an intuitive touchscreen operation with a clear display. It supports 12 languages, has a quick setup menu for immediate measurement, and displays sensor status and estimated maintenance time, all of which improve efficiency. The interactive screen of the FLXA202 is housed in a robust aluminum die - cast housing.​

Modular Design for Increased Scalability: The modular design includes replaceable sensor modules, allowing for the construction of various systems. Users have the option to forgo a display and can choose the case material (plastic or stainless steel).
